Bruce McKibben entered a Recommended Order recommending that the Board enter a final order "terminating the employment of Respondent effective February 18, 2009."  Neither party has filed any exceptions to the recommended order. Recommendation That the School Board enter a Final Order adopting the Recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge in DOAH Case Number 09-0956, terminating the employment of Ronald Davenport effective February 18, 2009.
